Farooq’s core service area sees him dealing with mergers & acquisitions and a wide range of corporate and commercial advice for SMEs for owner-managed businesses and professional practices. With experience of handling multi-jurisdictional transactions and overseeing tricky and sensitive negotiations, Farooq has experience of and has excelled at advising many international companies.
Farooq also has expertise in the Sports Sector acting for a number of football clubs on a wide range of issues including the negotiation of sponsorship and general commercial agreements and drafting employment contracts for senior management.
